To celebrate the beginning of their UK tour, the Danish trio have aired a double bill of stunning videos.
The short films for ‘Black Summer’ and ‘Between The Walls’ (both songs are taken from the band’s fourth studio album Piramida) cover dark and emotional subject matter, both equally as compelling. Filmed in Efterklang’s native Copenhagen, ‘Between The Walls’ was made by Sebastian Birk and features actors Sara Hjort and Peter Hald as restless lovers. The blood sport-centred ‘Black Summer’ was made by the duo Kevan Funk and Benjamin Loeb (aka Everything All At Once).
Efterklang’s UK and Ireland six date tour starts tonight in Belfast, and will continue onto mainland Europe and Asia. For a full list of dates head here.
