Camera Obscura officially marked their return last night with an intimate charity fundraiser in their hometown of Glasgow. Warming up for a run of shows at SXSW in Austin in a few weeks time, they also used it as a chance to play some new tracks for the very first time and to announce that a new album was on the way. David Byrne & St. Vincent have announced details of a long-awaited European tour, their first since releasing their collaborative album, Love This Giant last year. The duo's seventeen-date tour include a headline appearance at End Of The Road Festival and three UK shows in London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
Stornoway are excited to announce that they have confirmed a tour of the US. The dates kick off May 1 in Washington DC and conclude on Los Angeles on May 25. Tour stops include Brooklyn, Chicago and Toronto. Following the announcement of their return to New York on June 5th at Barclay’s Center, The National are pleased to announce their North American and European summer tour. The tour begins on May 16th and covers the eastern United States and Canada before heading to Europe.. Highlights include Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee in June and Cincinnati's Bunbury music festival on July 14th.
