New Album - Shows Confirmed

Tanya Donelly will release a new album on July 26th 2004.
"Whiskey Tango Ghosts" is her first record since "Beautysleep" appeared at the beginning of 2002, and it's an intimate collection whose stripped down arrangements show Tanya's voice off to wonderful effect - the songs are united by a candid and quietly beautiful simplicity.
All the songs on "Whiskey Tango Ghosts" were written by Tanya Donelly, with occasional assistance from Dean Fisher. The musicians are Dean Fisher (guitars, bass, drums, percussion), Elizabeth Steen (piano, wurlitzer, vocals), Rich Gilbert (pedal steel, nashville guitar), plus ex-Throwing Muses bandmate Dave Narcizo, who plays drums on a couple of tracks. The album was recorded and mixed by Matthew Ellard at Q Division, Somerset, MA.

Tanya Donelly will be coming to London to play two headlining shows at Bush Hall in Shepherd’s Bush on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th of July. She will also be touring the US in August, playing at :
